The tour will consist of us carrying supplies for one of my favorite drivers, Slamming Sammy Swindell and will start ASAP following his schedule of events. Once we are on the road with Sammy and crew we will not have much time for anything else as it is going to be go go go.  My sleeping schedule will have to change as I am going to become a night owl instead of an early bird.

We will carry the extra tires, extra wings, and engines as they are easy to remove using our lift gate at any location they would like.  Who knows we might even end up with the Sprint Car inside of our box!  Who knows how much they will need to modify our box to accommodate all of the spare parts needed to keep a winged sprint car competitive.

One of the perks of going on this tour is that there will be the opportunity to help with the car, help with t-shirt sales, and if time allows learn how to drive the car.  I can already see through my tear offs on the helmet as I slide sideways through the turn as I carry the left front tire and the rear tires are trying to grip the track. The tour will last till November finishing up in Concord N.C. for the World of Outlaws World Finals and then we will slowly slip back into our normal lives and try to come down off of the high of touring with a World of Outlaws Winged Sprint Car.

Linda Caffee

Bob and Linda started their driver careers after their children left home for college in 2000. Bob started as a driver for a large motor carrier with Linda as a rider. They decided to enter the Expedite industry as team drivers in 2005 and purchased their first Freightliner. Both, Bob and Linda have had their Class A licenses since the early 80's starting out driving in the oil field and hauling grain as fill in drivers where Bob worked as a diesel mechanic. Linda worked at the local country courthouse in data processing.
