Truck = Exercise Equipment
Bob Perry taught me how to use the outside of the truck to work out.
Use the fender of the truck to perform standing push-ups
Use the front bumper to do squats
Use the step to perform steps ups
Circle the truck while doing these exercises to get in some walking.
It is easy to do when coming back to the truck take the time to form a few reps of each exercise. It is also a great wakeup if I feel myself getting a little sluggish behind the wheel.
