motivation
We hear people that work 8 hour days complain about time and motivation to exercise. How do you get motivated? I just bought new shoes-that is one way I motivate myself.

RE:motivation
Jeff I have been thinking about this and what motivates me the most to get out and walk is in order:

1. A neat attraction such as a stream
2. A neat place to eat
3. A nice grocery store

What does not motivate me is lack of sidewalks or trails. I do not like walking beside the the road and I do not like walking in knee deep grass wondering what has been thrown in there by passing motorists.

RE:motivation
I am right there alongside Linda in the fact that a place with beautiful scenery makes me more motivated to get out and look around. I am not as likely to get out in a high-rise part of the city, as I am if I were out in the country or mountains.
