I have chosen all of these components to be as efficient as possible. Below are pictures of the many new features related to my new Cascadia Evolution.

New under bumper air dam and seals between the hood and bumper assemblies for better air management.

New mirror cover to reduce drag. Unseen is the CB antennas which are integrated into the roof cap.

New Shifter to control the Detroit DT12 Transmission

. New dash display and information center.

Longer cab extenders to better direct air flow to the trailer.

New chassis side skirts along with improved lower cab air management panels. Note how lower cab panels even continue on to the cab extenders.

Fuel Filter Module – one less filter; extends service change interval to 100,000 miles.

Wow! They have made a lot of changes in the Detroit engine. I have a series 60 and it has been a great engine I cannot wait to see how this one dose.

You did choose the same tires that I would of in the 6x2 configuration. I am thinking about running the xone xta tire on all drive positions next spring/summer on one of my cascadias.

I have some of these improvements on my new 2013 cascadias. It will be interesting how your mpg's do. Looking foward to your feedback on the DT12 transmission.

It is exciting to see the new truck and the changes! It appears that there has been a fine job of tweaking the aerodynamics of this truck to become even more fuel efficient. Cannot wait to see it at the future shows and open houses you attend.
