Collision Mitigation Systems should be  safety nets and not used. Collision Avoidance Systems are well trained, well rested, well trained, experienced professional drivers. The professional driver should know what the system does and why it does it. For most professional drivers, collision mitigation systems can be aggravating when we first get them. After awhile we adapt. The more we adapt the less interaction we have with the system.

The goal should be for the system to do nothing. I hope this short video helps the professional driver interact with the system, so the system does not interact with you.
