Excellent video and story Jeff. It's so true, when your time isn't valued and shippers think they can be lazy and send you running around for free you will always be running for free. In my small niche I don't run anywhere for free. I'm paid for all travel time and it should be that way for all trucks on the road. In turn all the drivers should receive pay for that time as well. I'm glad you were able to cause a change for the better.
