I had the advantage of studying business structures in college when attending for me BSBA and this e-book is a great reference for those who want to know the right way to set up their own business. I happen to have colleagues that I have counseled on this very issue. Setting up as a corporation can be a very useful tool to protect your personal assets. The confusing part, that this e-book will definitely help in, is knowing which type of corporation will benefit you specifically. Everyone's business operated differently, therefore no "one size fits all" business structure exists. I recommend this e-book as a good place to start understanding this area of anyones business planning!
