As this blog goes up, I will be finishing up working at the ACT Expo in Long Beach, California, which ran from May 5th through May 8th.  Of course, I will be on-site representing CNG in my Freightliner Cascadia powered by the Cummins Westport ISX-12G engine, but as I wander the show I am learning of many other facets of clean transportation.   Since a picture is worth a thousand words, here is my view from the ground level of ACT 2014:

The most intriguing thus far to me is the Mercedes Benz F-Cell featured in te pics here. The hydrogen cell zero emissions technology is something that is very good for the environment. It will be interesting to see if this grows into a viable fuel option in the distant future for trucks. The bio-diesel ford truck picture also peaks my curiosity, but then of course, I do love big 4x4's!
