There is so much competition around us today that it’s very important to understand how “Power Words” can boost your business. For people to get excited about your company, you’ll want to establish those “Power Words” that make your product or service stand out. Many companies include these words into their mission statements when they begin a new business. Over time you may want to change them up depending on how your business evolves. Put much thought and attention into your product or service and select words that make people want to use your company. These are words that draw attention and are effective in promoting what you offer.


It’s essential to seek out employees and customers alike on how they see your business. We often times think of ourselves or companies in a certain manner while others may view things differently. For this reason, customers or prospects are great resources to ask when it comes to selecting those 3-5 “Power Words” to describe/reflect your company. You may want to ask “what three words describe our business?” It’s a question that forces owners, management, employees and customers to really focus on your product or service and how it is viewed to the community.
