Using the KitchenAid Multi Use Cooker I roasted a pork tenderloin.  The pork tenderloin was seasoned with garlic an herb so no additional seasonings were needed.

The roast took about 40 minutes to make and it was very moist, tender, and was great the next day to warm up for another meal.

Over the years I have cooked a lot of pork tenderloins, on the grill, and in the oven but this one roasted in the multi cooker was one of the best I have made.
